IT SUPPORT SERVICES - FULL TIME

DESK SIDE SUPPORT

  • Respond to computer-related service and trouble calls promptly

  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Resolve Windows Operating System errors and possess moderate network troubleshooting skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a good understanding of Endpoint Protection software

  • Accurately track incidents and calls in a timely manner

  • Possess moderate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Manage, support, and implementation of the Data Center network infrastructure

  • Oversee application delivery and security infrastructure, focusing primarily on firewalls

SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER

  • Provide Windows administration support and expertise in Windows OS environments including Windows 10 and 7

  • Manage and resolve break-fix issues related to Windows hardware

  • Demonstrate understanding of Windows OS architecture, ticketing systems, and inventory management

  • Possess skills in PC support functions

IT NETWORK ENGINEER

  • Assist in planning, constructing, commissioning, operating, updating, and maintaining network systems including Internet, Intranet, and telecommunication networks

  • Develop and update network management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

  • Coordinate and allocate resources for network management tasks

  • Define network management processes and protocols in alignment with company and project management guidelines

  • Strategize and execute annual network initiatives, creating and maintaining comprehensive plans for the organization

  • Arrange and oversee network-related training sessions, and maintain relevant documentation and records

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT manager and/or head of Infrastructure
